GROUPS
Groups of 5 to 25 people plus a guide may access only with free reservation via 060608 and advance purchase of at least 5 tickets. Remaining tickets may be paid on site by credit card on the day of the visit. Any mandatory use of audio guides will be clearly indicated.
BOOKINGS FOR ALL VISITORS
A reservation service for groups (max 25 participants) is available and does not include a guided tour. With a reservation, visitors can skip the ticket office line and go directly to the cashier. Reservations for individual visitors are only possible through ONLINE advance purchase of the admission ticket.
Paid guided tours in various languages are also available by reservation, with a choice of museum route and/or exhibition route.
BOOKINGS FOR SCHOOLS
Reservations are required for school groups, even for admission only. The reservation service for schools is free of charge. For school groups accompanied by teachers, admission is free upon presentation of an official school letterhead list with the names of students and accompanying teachers (one free accompanying teacher per 10 students), divided by class and signed by the school principal. Attention: For some exhibitions, even visitors entitled to free admission (as provided by municipal regulations) must purchase a special reduced ticket costing € 2,00, applicable only when specified in the current pricing. Full free admission is granted only to primary and lower secondary school students, visitors with disabilities and one accompanying person, and MIC card holders (not applicable in exhibition areas with separate ticketing).
Guided tours, workshops, and meetings for teachers are also available by reservation only.
