Piacere, Ettore Scola
“Piacere, Ettore Scola”, this is the first monographic exhibition about the great Italian film-maker. It has been planed and produced in cooperation with Ettore Scola him-self on the 2014 and now it has been realized by his family and his closer colleagues.
This exhibition shows the Ettore Scola artistic eclecticism and his complex personality through self-produced texts by the curator, photographs, audiovisual, archival and family heirlooms, letters, drawings, prizes. He was a quick and a bitter observer of national costume, as well as subtle humorist and protagonist of some of the most beautiful pages of Italian cinema.
